For the first time, we´ve participated at the Display Superstar Award. The award was part of the "Viscom" fair in Düsseldorf, Germany, where all promoted displays were exhibited on a 500m² highlighted area. 83 Displays of 43 display producers were nominated, a jury of 10 skilled, well-known persons evaluated the displays, based on criterias like level of innovation, design, construction and many more. On our premiere, eclipse won Bronze for the display "Bauerneier-Display" in the category "displays, main material wood".
The idea of our client was to develop and produce a permant display for eggs of regional farmers, which should cover an integrated cooling system. The cooling system itself has been constructed by an italien supplier, special is that it does not create condensed water. The display has been produced with plywood, covered by digitally printed PVC boards- it contains 2 chambers, needed by the cooling system for sucking fresh air from below the display body and exhaling hot air to the other direction. The construction is very solid, that even after 3 years of daily usage in the shops, the display looks brand new and fresh.
